Going from strength to strength, our revolutionary home collection service has proved to be a real winner!
Why Door to Door? It’s really important to us that we provide you with the best service possible. After listening to customer feedback we learned that one aspect of a traditional coach holiday which you found a little frustrating was the number of departure points and interchanges, and any resulting delays which could occur. So, we drew up a new blueprint for coach tour operation tailored to meet your needs. Subject to you living within the areas shown on the maps below, one of our fleet of people carriers will collect you from your door at the start of your holiday and return you back there after you have left your coach at the end, thus avoiding the hassle of getting yourself and your luggage to and from a coach pick-up point.

We can give you an approximate idea of your collection time but due to the size of the area we cover in Lincolnshire and South Humberside you will be advised of your actual collection time approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. |

Our smart, liveried Door to Door vehicles are now a familiar sight in your area. Spacious & comfortable, they usually contain seven seats, easy side loading passenger access and a separate rear luggage compartment. NB: On certain peak days we may use vehicles with a higher seating capacity, or employ the services of outside operators.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION Please ensure that at the time of booking you let
us know:
• The full address where we are to pick you up. • Postcode
• Contact telephone number
ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE Sit back in the comfort of your home, relax and wait for a Yorks or Jeffs driver to ring your doorbell or telephone. Using the very latest in satellite navigation systems our drivers can pinpoint your address from the postcode you’ve given us, and they will telephone you with a more accurate time within your allocated departure window as listed above.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP US? Please be ready to depart when our
driver arrives. Be sure to complete your household safety and security checks
before the departure time we’ve given you, and have your cases and everything you
need for your holiday ready. Please help us in trying to avoid any unnecessary
delays which may keep your fellow passengers waiting.
WHO TRAVELS WITH YOU? Subject to numbers travelling, our people
carrier may have to collect passengers at other local addresses before taking
you to your tour coach.
MEETING YOUR COACH You will then be taken directly to your tour
coach which will be waiting to whisk you away on your holiday.
On many occasions we have planned only one coach departing and returning at any one time. So, on the majority of tours there is no changing of coaches and no interchanging. On rare occasions, dependent upon which of the Bowen Group companies is operating your tour, a change of tour vehicle may be necessary.
NOTICES & RESTRICTIONS
• We can only pick up from addresses within the specified postcode areas.
• We can only offer one pick-up address per booking form. Additional home pick-ups are available on bookings for two or more passengers but are subject to a supplementary charge of £20 for each additional address given on that booking.
• The Door to Door service only commences at street level and any passengers living in multi or high-rise accommodation should be prepared to meet the driver with their luggage at street level (e.g. the foyer of flats).
• Due to luggage limitations we must be made aware of any large, bulky or unusual items you intend to take with you.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE CATCHMENT AREA?
• Passengers living outside the area who wish to make their own arrangements can be collected from suitable central locations within the catchment area (e.g. bus stations) OR can join the tour coach at its final departure point. Our reservations staff will be pleased to advise you.
• Passengers outside the catchment area who are intending to take up any of the above
options should make their details known on their booking form or contact our
Reservations Department on 0845 345 3543 |
