DUNOON 2011 B665
Argyll & the Kyles of Bute
The holiday resort of Dunoon lies where the waters of Scotland’s Western Isles meet the Firth of Clyde. The town boasts two lovely bays and a ruined castle, and was the former home of Mary Campbell, sweetheart of Robert Burns. Her statue gazes out over the Firth of Clyde and, beyond, out over the beautiful Cowal Peninsula.

FORT WILLIAM, LOCH NESS & OBAN B673 Y673
*Including The Isle of Skye
Lying at the foot of Ben Nevis, Fort William is a thriving tourist resort and natural touring centre for the Western Highlands, and is often referred to as the Gateway to the Hebrides. The town developed around a succession of strategically sited strongholds and forts at the southern end of the Great Glen and has today become the main town of the Lochaber District. So what is it that makes this area so special? Is it the high mountain peaks and deep glacial valleys, or is it the tranquil glens that have remained unspoilt, untouched and unchanged for centuries, and the clean fresh air? You decide as you sit back, relax and enjoy our jaunt through the Inner Hebrides and Western Highlands. * The Isle of Skye is only included in our 6 day summer itineraries
